We process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) contract, to provide our platform and services; (ii) legal obligation, to comply with Swiss labor, tax, and social security requirements; (iii) legitimate interests, to improve services, prevent fraud, and secure our platform; and (iv) consent, for marketing and certain optional data.
We may share your data with: (i) other users as necessary for a booking (limited profile data); (ii) payment service providers; (iii) Swiss government agencies (e.g., AHV, tax offices) as required by law; (iv) service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, communication tools); and (v) legal authorities if required by applicable law.
